These terms and conditions govern the overall IDEAL Can-Twist™ Barrel Rewards Program (hereinafter, the “Rewards Program”). The Rewards Program is operated by IDEAL Industries (Canada), Corp. (hereinafter, “IDEAL”). Your participation in the Rewards Program subjects you to the provisions of these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. This Rewards Program allows eligible end-user customers (“Participants”) to collect Can-Twist™ Barrel Rewards (hereinafter, “Rewards”, “Reward”) after making eligible purchases, as defined below, from participating authorized distributors.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents in Canada who are of majority age in their province, that and have a valid Canadian mailing address. To be eligible for a reward, Participants must purchase at least one (1) Barrel of Can-Twist™ Wire Connectors (IDEAL part number 30-807) OR four (4) Stubby Barrels of Can-Twist™ Wire Connectors (IDEAL part number 30-817) during the Promotional Period stated below from a participating authorized IDEAL distributor in Canada. A Reward can be claimed for each Can-Twist™ Barrel and every four (4) Stubby Barrels purchased. IDEAL distributors, channel partners, resellers, agents, dealers, e-tailers and retailers may not participate in this offer.
How to Make a Claim: To claim a Reward, Participants must complete the redemption form and upload valid proof of purchase. The redemption form is available at https://www.idealind.com/ca/en/cantwist/barrel-premium.html. A sales receipt with the invoice number, product description, original date of purchase, price, and reseller details constitutes a valid proof of purchase. If multiple barrels or stubby barrels are purchased on the same invoice, they must be claimed on the same redemption form. Participants can select the Reward of their choice from the options listed on the redemption form. The information provided by the Member is subject to and will be handled according to the IDEAL’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.idealind.com/ca/en/privacy-policy.html.
Reward Program Conditions: Limited to one Reward for each qualifying product purchased by the Participant. In the event that the selected Reward is not available, IDEAL reserves the right to substitute a Reward of the same nature or value. Reward selection varies and is subject to change at any time at IDEAL’s sole discretion. Rewards claims must be submitted within 90 days from date of purchase. Rewards are non-transferrable. All Rewards must be claimed during the Promotion Period or claims will be forfeited. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of Rewards. IDEAL is not responsible for any late submissions, input error, invalid or missing purchase information or billing information. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be denied. All information supplied to IDEAL must be truthful, accurate and complete. Fulfillment of Rewards are subject to verification and final approval by IDEAL. You may be required to provide further documentation to qualify for Rewards. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this offer is not combinable with any other rebates, discounts or special pricing provided by or made available by IDEAL. If any terms and conditions are not met, the Reward claim will be denied. IDEAL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of, or cancel the Rewards Program at any time. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotional Period: The 2023 Rewards Program runs from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
General Release: By entering the Promotion, you release IDEAL from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Miscellaneous: The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise related to) these Rules or relating to the Promotion. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of IDEAL, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time. Participants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion or any other Participants (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from participating in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Promotion.
