The IDEAL® Data Cable / RJ45 LCD Wiremapper is a compact and simplified version of our popular 33-856 VDV Tester, designed to test RJ45/8 conductor cables exclusively. It features a bright, backlit LCD screen that shows Pass/Fail status,as well as pin-by-pin errors like opens, shorts, miswires, and split pairs. With single-button operation, it cycles through testing, toning, and power options. The built-in tone generator with three selectable test tones helps locate cables within bundles. Ideal for twisted pair CAT5e/6/6A cables, it includes a self-storing detachable remote for terminating the far end of cable runs.
